Our guarantee is if you experience more than the average 5-10% undeliverable rate in the first 30 days after purchase you may receive a refund for the specific leads that are deemed and proven to be undeliverable. To receive your refund you must provide the following information to our customer support staff:

1. A copy of your order email order confirmation.
2. A list of the leads that are undeliverable. The list must include the business name, address, phone number, and date the contact attempt was made. The list must be provided in a Microsoft Excel or Word format.
3. Our customer support staff will randomly call through the list to verify that the lead information provided for the businesses listed are inaccuate.
